Thai Yoga Massage

Thai bodywork is the physical application of Metta, or loving kindness, in which the giver gently moves the client in a series of dynamic, assisted stretches while compressing and massaging the muscles. Traditionally given on a floor mat with clients fully clothed, Thai bodywork is a whole-body treatment that involves working along the energy meridians.

Thai bodywork uses movement, conscious touch, breath and rhythm to move and rock the client into various stretched positions. Rhythmic touch, cross-fiber friction, acupressure, kneading and compression may be used to work out the clients’ muscles.

Thai Bodywork Testimonial

“If you are looking for some relaxation after a long/day week, book a session with Natalie NOW! I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and upper back and I felt like after the massage all of that melted away. I’ve had many different types of massage before but the Thai Bodywork that Natalie offers is unique in that it stretches your body and relieves tension at the same time. Also, since you are fully clothed during the session, you don’t have to worry about leaving with oil all over you. Highly recommend!”
